We mainly export our steel balls to Japan, Canada, South-Africa, Chile etc more than 10 countries and areas in the world. Our annual product of grinding balls is about 20000 ton. About the quality, we win high reputation from the customers and we have also obtained the Certificate of TUV ISO 9001 Quality System of Germany. We mainly produce two kinds of grinding steel balls:

1. Forged Steel Balls

Hardness: HRC 55-63

Chemical Composition:

C: 0.52-0.65; Si: 0.15-0.37; Mn: 0.6-1.2; S&P: 0.40Max; Cr: 0.25Max

This Kind of steel ball is one of our major products. It's major character is that: High hardness, no breakage, no wearing, lower price. Breakage rate≤3%. It is used in cement plants, mines, power stations etc.

2. High Chrome Cast Steel Balls:

Chrome Content: 12-18%. The hardness and Chrome content can be changed as per customer's request.

3.Low chrome cast balls

Size: 20mm-120mm

Hardness:HRC45-55; Chrome content:1-3.5%

Package: By steel drum(800-900kg per drum) or flexible container bag(1000kg per bag)
